We’re looking for a proactive, articulate, and organized team member to support our growing sales operation. In this role, you’ll communicate with prospective customers, manage inbound email conversations, conduct outbound follow-ups, and help guide qualified leads toward becoming clients.
This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently in English, and can stay organized while managing multiple conversations. You’ll receive guidance and ongoing support while developing practical experience in remote sales, lead engagement, customer service, and CRM management.

What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day work will focus on creating positive customer experiences and helping the sales team maintain a consistent follow-up process. Responsibilities may include:
Reviewing and responding to incoming emails from prospects and customers.
Keeping inboxes organized and making sure important messages receive timely attention.
Contacting potential customers by phone to introduce services, answer questions, and identify their needs.
Following up with leads who have requested additional information or have not yet made a decision.
Explaining available services in a clear, helpful, and professional manner.
Adjusting your communication style to suit different customer situations.
Recording conversations, follow-up dates, and lead updates in the company CRM.
Keeping customer and prospect information accurate and current.
Escalating complex questions to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Working with managers and colleagues to meet team targets and improve conversion results.
Participating in coaching sessions, training activities, and performance reviews.
Sharing feedback about common customer questions and opportunities to improve the sales process.

During your first few months, you’ll be expected to become comfortable with the company’s communication tools, understand the services being offered, and establish a consistent approach to handling leads.

Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, appointment setting, virtual assistance, lead generation, or inbox management is welcome. However, previous sales experience is not essential. Training and coaching will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills, and commitment to learning.
Compensation and Remote Benefits
In addition to the base salary, this role offers:
$16,000–$20,000 annual base pay, determined by experience and qualifications.
