Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy & Development:
- �� Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- �� Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, etc.) across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- �� Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, guidelines, and visual identity.
- �� Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually optimize content performance.
• Post Scheduling & Publishing:
- �� Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across all social media channels using scheduling tools.
- �� Optimize posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
• Engagement & Community Management:
- �� Actively monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
- �� Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
- �� Foster an active and positive online community, encouraging interaction and discussion.
- �� Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates.
• Analytics & Reporting:
- �� Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth).
- �� Use insights from data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- �� Provide regular reports to stakeholders on social media performance and ROI.
• Brand Voice & Consistency:
- �� Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media communications.
- �� Ensure brand messaging is cohesive and effective in achieving marketing goals.
Skills Required:
- �� Proven experience in AI and content strategy.
- �� Exceptional understanding and application of brand voice across diverse platforms.
- �� Proficiency with social media scheduling and management tools.
- �� Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- �� Demonstrated success in driving online engagement and building communities.
- �� Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- �� Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
