The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, build-as-we-go environment and is comfortable balancing strategic coordination with hands-on implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationsCoordinate deployment and tracking of equipment for the Intensive Support Social Work TeamSupport internal systems development and process improvementAssist with data analytics, reporting, and data entry to support performance tracking and complianceMaintain operational documentation and internal workflowsSupport cross-functional coordination with finance and administrative leadershipCoordinate with new contractors to ensure completion of onboarding processes and execution of required contractual documents.Human Resources Manage onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain personnel files and HR documentationCoordinate payroll inputs and benefits administrationTrack employee leave, PTO, and compliance requirementsSupport recruitment logistics, manage ads for positions, interview scheduling, and offer processingAssist with performance review processes and documentationMonitor HR compliance requirements (federal and state)HR Coordination & GovernanceServe as primary internal liaison to the organization’s HR attorneyCoordinate with external HR partners to maintain and update the employee handbookEnsure policies, procedures, and documentation align with legal and regulatory standardsSupport the implementation of HR best practices appropriate for a growing for-profit organizationQualifications10 years of experience in operations, human resources, or a combined roleExperience in a for-profit environment is HIGHLY preferred; creativity and thinking outside the traditional ways of doing things are needed for this position.
