Lease Accounting Implementation Specialist

Arvexi is hiring a Lease Accounting Implementation Specialist to help customers go live on the world's most advanced AI-powered lease accounting platform. You'll guide accounting teams through ASC 842, IFRS 16, and GASB 87 compliance implementations — from initial data migration and lease abstraction to period-close configuration and auditor readiness.

Unlike legacy tools like FinQuery (formerly LeaseQuery) or Trullion where you configure everything manually, Arvexi's AI reads lease PDFs and delivers amortization schedules, journal entries, and compliance reports automatically. You'll be helping customers make the step-change from click-through software to AI that does the work.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end ASC 842, IFRS 16, and GASB 87 implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers
• Migrate lease data from legacy systems (CoStar, LeaseQuery/FinQuery, Trullion, Visual Lease, Excel spreadsheets) into Arvexi
• Configure Arvexi's lease accounting engine for real estate, equipment, and embedded lease portfolios
• Train accounting and finance teams on AI-assisted journal entry generation, amortization schedules, and period-close workflows
• Work with auditors to ensure audit-ready reporting and ASC 842 disclosure packages

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in lease accounting, financial reporting, or accounting software implementation
• Strong knowledge of ASC 842 (or IFRS 16 / GASB 87) and the full lease lifecycle
• Experience with lease accounting software (LeaseQuery, FinQuery, Trullion, CoStar, Visual Lease, or similar)
• Ability to read and abstract lease agreements: commencement dates, payment schedules, renewal options, modification events
• CPA or accounting degree preferred
