As we continue expanding across multiple states, we're looking for an experienced Medical Records & Health Information Manager to build and lead our Health Information Management (HIM) function from the ground up.

What You'll Do
As our Medical Records & Health Information Manager, you'll:
- ð Lead all medical records and release of information operations
- ð Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, payer requirements, and CARF standards
- âï¸ Design and implement scalable HIM workflows, policies, and tracking systems
- ð Develop reporting metrics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times
- ð¤ Partner with Compliance, Legal, Clinical Operations, Technology, and Quality teams
- ð Train and support staff on medical records processes, documentation standards, and privacy best practices
- ð¡ï¸ Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for health information management
