About the Role:

Bizmoni is looking for a systems-focused ATS specialist to configure, automate, integrate, and continuously optimize our Manatal platform and recruitment technology ecosystem. This is a platform ownership role, not a recruitment or Talent Acquisition position.We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience administering ATS, CRM, HRIS, workflow automation, or business systems platforms, including integrations, automations, reporting, and platform configuration.

You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure Manatal is leveraged to its full potential. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining systems administration, workflow automation, integration management, and process engineering.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and manage automated recruitment workflows using Manatal.

• Partner with TA and HR teams to identify automation needs and process improvements.

• Configure Manatal features to optimize sourcing, screening, tracking, and reporting.

• Integrate Manatal with existing HR and business tools where applicable.

• Monitor system usage, performance metrics, and automation effectiveness.

• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members using Manatal.

• Maintain clear documentation of workflows, automations, and best practices.

• Stay up to date with recruitment automation trends and Manatal platform updates.

What You'll Bring:

• ��
• Proven 4+ years of experience in recruitment system(s) automation and integration, ideally with the Manatal ATS platform.

• Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow design, data management, and system administration, preferably in FinTech or fast-growing startups.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate process gaps into automation solutions.

• Experience integrating HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
