IT Infrastructure Engineer (Full-Time / Remote)

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and improve our company's IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• ��
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and networks.

• ��
• Monitor system performance, security, and reliability.

• ��
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware, and network issues.

• ��
• Manage access controls, backups, and system configurations.

• ��
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvements.

• ��
• Ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and operational.

Must Have

• ��
• 4+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience.

• ��
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.

• ��
• Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).

• ��
• Experience managing servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.

• ��
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and access management.

• ��
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• ��
• AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean or other cloud platform experience.

• ��
• Infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

• ��
• Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery systems.

• ��
• Experience supporting high-availability environments.

We're looking for someone hands-on who can take ownership of our IT infrastructure and keep our systems secure, reliable, and efficient.
