Tech Lead / Platform Architect

Requirements

• �� 8+ years production engineering; 3+ years as a technical lead or architect.
• �� Experience building multi-tenant platforms with data isolation requirements.
• �� Deep familiarity with distributed systems: Kafka, Kubernetes, microservices, real-time streaming.
• �� Hands-on experience deploying and serving large language models in production.
• �� Cloud-native architecture. Terraform mandatory.
• �� Strong written communication — you can articulate technical decisions to engineers and business stakeholders alike.
