Position Summary:

The Behavioral Health Integration Specialist provides non-clinical administrative and documentation support for CareLock LLC’s Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) program. This is a non-clinical, administrative position with no direct patient contact. The primary focus of this role is reviewing patient charts, completing and maintaining BHI documentation, tracking required information, supporting care-plan documentation, and ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and compliant with established CareLock workflows, AZDHS regulations, and HIPAA standards.

  • Track required BHI documentation and identify incomplete or outstanding charting.

  • Review charts for missing information and route documentation needs to the appropriate clinical team member.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in medical documentation, behavioral health administration, care management, medical records, medical assisting, healthcare administration, or related healthcare role.

  • Experience working within an EHR/EMR specifically EClinical Works.
