About the role

• A and Operations Recruiter, you will find top-tier candidates who bring strong ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of ownership, and diversity of thought.&nbsp
• You will be responsible for communicating the Checkr story and value proposition while sourcing and guiding candidates through our hiring process.&nbsp
• You are driven, eager, and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. 

This is a 6-month contract position. 

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and define requirements

• Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates

• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and drive the interview process from end to end

• Organize and facilitate interview debriefs, helping to guide and drive decision making

• Own the offer approval, extension and negotiation process, and effectively close prospective candidates

• Create and maintain an amazing candidate experience

• Attend recruiting and tech events as necessary

What you bring:

• 6+ years of in-house recruiting experience hiring G&A and Operations talent at a tech company.

• Ability to manage a high req load 

• Strong sourcing ability and a diverse bag of tricks

• Passion for creating an elite candidate experience

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Time management and multitasking skills

• A sense of ownership and accountability for the roles you own

• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Pay Transparency Disclosure

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA)

$65—$70 USD

• and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. In-office perks are provided, such as lunch five times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a Checkr hub location.
