This includes analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize resource use and enhance overall product quality. They will work closely with the Technology and Business teams to define and document requirements and lead the accurate and timely execution of projects and enhancements.
They will utilize questioning techniques, mortgage industry knowledge, system knowledge, and testing knowledge to drive accurate business requirements for projects and system enhancements. The candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality features that meet the needs of our customers and business stakeholders. The candidate should have a strong understanding of communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.What You’ll DoEvaluate current operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
