  • JOB OVERVIEWThe Mini-Course Developer will collaborate with ALLIED Hub (Advocacy, Leadership, Learning, Implementation &amp
  • Education Policy) leadership to translate research-aligned content into high-quality, accessible, and practice-focused learning experiences for one of the following ALLIED Hub stakeholders: administrators, teachers, parents, school volunteers, advocates, paraprofessionals, or community stakeholders. This position will design and develop a 4-6 hour asynchronous professional learning course to be hosted on the ALLIED Hub platform.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCollaborating with ALLIED Hub leadership to design and deliver a high-quality asynchronous professional learning course that reflects the Hub’s priorities and supports the successful development and launch of the course within established timelines
  • Designing and developing a 4–6 hour asynchronous mini-course organized into clearly sequenced modules
  • Aligning course content with current research, evidence-based practices, and ALLIED Hub priorities
  • Developing module outlines, learning objectives, and key takeaways for each section
  • Creating instructional materials such as slide decks, readings, tools, templates, or job-embedded resources
  • Developing short video scripts or recorded micro-lectures, as appropriate to the course scope
  • Ensuring content is accessible, user-friendly, and applicable to real-world settings
  • Collaborating with ALLIED Hub leadership to ensure alignment with Drexel standards, branding, and quality expectations
  • Revising materials based on feedback prior to course publication
  • Delivering all final materials by agreed-upon deadlines.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSTerminal degree or advanced graduate degree in education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum or professional development design, higher education, adult learning, or K–12 leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience designing content for asynchronous or online learning environments
