About Edged Data Centers Edged is a fast-growing provider of sustainable data centers and energy infrastructure. Today, Endeavour is deploying solutions that are immediately scalable and deliver both high financial returns and positive impact, including EV charging, waterless data center cooling, and advanced energy systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders across key organizational functions to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to closePartner in developing a scaled hiring and sourcing plan for Data Center Operations and Construction teamsOptimize the utilization of technology and systems to increase interview efficiencyProvide best-in-class candidate experience and communicationManage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidatesDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical candidates.Build strong relationships with passive candidates, fostering talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams while adhering to best practices and compliance.Drive quality candidate engagement and recruiting strategies that balance time to fill and experienceActively contribute to reporting and metrics associated with the candidate lifecycleRemain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcementsStay current on industry trends, new sourcing tools, conferences, and hiring legislationContribute to cross-functional projects that impact hiring and candidate attractionPartner with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring enhancements, talent attraction strategies and programsSkills & RequirementsEducation / ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferredMinimum of 7years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Data Center Industry; specifically hiring for Operations, Construction and Technical positionsStrong sourcing skills, leveraging niche technical communities to connect with top talent.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Data-driven, comfortable using recruiting metrics to assess success and refine your strategies.Specific Skills / AbilitiesStrong analytical skills, attention to detailProject and Program ManagementProficiency in ATS Systems (Dayforce preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Great Place to Work Enjoy…A fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation.A flexible, autonomous work environment.A culture of respect, learning, and excellence.Experienced, highly talented experts as team peers.Growth and travel opportunities.A team of change-makers having a significant impact on people and the planet.Contact: edcrecruiting@edged.usOriginally posted on Himalayas
