The Regional Sales Manager - Indirect & Wholesale Dealership Support plays a dual strategic role, serving as the primary liaison to the newly acquired Dealer Floorplan Group while providing regional leadership to a focused team of Dealer Development Representatives. This leader drives the rapid integration and expansion of relationships across 200+ dealer groups, ensuring consistent positioning of the full indirect product suite and a unified dealer experience across divisions. At the same time, the role provides hands on coaching, performance management, and execution discipline for a team of DDRs—directly managing those aligned to floorplan dense geographies and influencing broader regional coverage.
By blending dealer facing partnership work with structured team leadership, the position accelerates growth, strengthens channel alignment, and enhances the overall effectiveness of the indirect sales organization.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
