- We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader to lead our team of engineers, take ownership of our infrastructure, and help us elevate our CI/CD and automation processes to the next level.

Key
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management:
- �� Team Leadership: Manage a team of DevOps engineers (assigning tasks, tracking execution, conducting reviews).
- �� Mentorship: Develop the technical and soft skills of your team members, conduct 1-on-1s, and create development plans.
- �� Processes: Optimize and build efficient workflows within the team (Agile, Kanban/Scrum).
- �� Infrastructure Management: Coordinate and maintain the rotation for monitoring critical infrastructure alerts, ensuring duties are distributed fairly and evenly across the team, including yourself.
- �� Strategy: Develop and implement the DevOps methodology, GitOps strategy and infrastructure roadmap.
- �� Collaboration: Maintain close communication with Development, QA, PMs, and other stakeholders.
- Technical & Architectural:
- �� CI/CD: Develop and maintain pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications (preferably GitLab CI / Jenkins).
- �� Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage infrastructure and configurations using Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation.
- �� Containerization: Writing Dockerfiles, building images and orchestrating containers using Docker, Docker Compose. Experience with Kubernetes is a big advantage.
- �� Monitoring & Logging: Build and maintain a comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging system (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, AWS CloudWatch).
- �� SRE/DevSecOps: Ensure the reliability (SLA/SLO), fault tolerance, and security of the infrastructure.
What We Expect From You (Must-Haves):
- �� Leadership Experience: 2+ years as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior DevOps (with mentoring responsibilities) leading a team of 3+ engineers. With a total of 7+ years of experience in DevOps.
- �� Deep AWS Expertise: Excellent knowledge of key services:
- �� Compute & Network: EC2, VPC, Route 53, ELB/ALB.
- �� Containers: EKS, ECS, ECR.
- �� Storage & DB: S3, EFS, RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), DynamoDB.
- �� Management & Security: IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager.
- �� Understanding of networking principles (routing, VLANs, VPNs).
- �� CI/CD: Proven experience building and supporting complex pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- �� IaC: strong knowledge of Terraform. Experience with Ansible/Puppet/Chef.
- �� Containers: Deep knowledge of Docker (architecture, deployment, administration).
- �� Monitoring: Experience with the Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK stack.
- �� System Skills: Excellent Linux and Windows knowledge, proficient in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- �� Soft Skills: Strong communication, systems thinking, and a proactive attitude.
Availability & Location:
- �� Located in a time zone between UTC+1 and UTC+4 for effective team synchronization.
- What Will Be a Big Plus (Nice-to-Haves)
- �� AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
- �� Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
- �� Experience with hybrid-cloud Kubernetes installations.
- �� Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
- �� Experience with Microsoft services: Azure cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams, Defender for Identities, Purview, policies and best practices.
- �� Knowledge of requirements and experience with SOC2 (or other certifications like ISO/IEC 27001 or HIPAA).
