We're seeking an experienced and resourceful partnership leader to help shape how Comcast executes gaming partnerships across publishers, media, influencers, and talent.
As our Account Director, Gaming Partnerships you will provide partnership evaluation, influencer/talent management, deal development, and activation planning, focused on the gaming ecosystem and creator economy. You will collaborate with Comcast stakeholders and other agencies to evaluate opportunities, negotiate agreements, manage assets, and ensure operational excellence from strategy through execution. REQUIRED SKILLSThought Leader: You champion innovative gaming partnership properties, influencer collaborations, and audience-first activations. You will bring fresh perspectives on gaming trends and creator ecosystems.Strategic Advisor: You will work with Comcast stakeholders to make informed decisions by providing expert guidance on gaming partnership opportunities spanning publishers, creators/talent, and media platforms.Gaming Strategy Expert: You will connect gaming partnership strategy to Comcast's 2026-27 objectives.
You understand competitive landscape, market dynamics, and translate insights into scalable, data-driven strategies in the gaming space.Deal Maker: You will evaluate, negotiate, and structure partnership deals and activation plans with partners and influencers/talent, with sharp eye on value, compliance, risk, and outcomes.Operator: You’ll orchestrate the end-to-end partnership and activation lifecycle, from strategy and intake through contracting, asset management, paid media coordination, and measurement while ensuring clarity, rigor, and results. You’ll guide tentpole activation strategy, budgets, scopes, and sponsorship vetting across the partnership portfolio.Storyteller: You will build insightful POVs and executive-ready materials that translate complexity into clear strategic recommendations. You will surface best practices for gaming partnership activation across media, influencer content, thought leadership, and brand integration.The annual range for this role varies between $90,000 and $105,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience.
