- Planning team activities and workload
- Developing and maintaining internal documentation
- Gathering and clarifying business and technical requirements
- Leading Sport B2B product integrations with clients
- Interacting with customers and managing their expectations
- Managing a shared team of developers, QA engineers, and a Product Manager. What Makes You a GR8 Fit:Experience in client communication (outsourcing or B2B IT company preferred)
- Understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Ability to manage a few integration projects simultaneously
- Understanding of change and expectations management
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GANTT charts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
