your missionCampaign Management: Design outreach B2B campaigns based on the company’s goal, our target audience and ideal client profile, with the goal of generating meetings for our sales pipeline to convert into customersEmail Automation: Implement and manage email automation workflows, reply to emails, handle objections, manage lead nurturing sequences and drip campaigns to enhance customer engagement and guide leads through the sales funnelSetting Appointments: Arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and sales representativesRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systemsA/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and other elements to continually improve email performance and increase open and reply-ratesContent Creation: Create engaging and personalized email content, optimize the scripts to ensure campaign efficiency and effectivenessData Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports on key emailing metrics, offering valuable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performanceCompliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and follow industry best practices.
