You will be joining a large-scale Fintech project for a high-profile client in the Middle East. This is a mission-critical environment involving high-load systems, complex integrations, and the highest standards of security and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • �� Infrastructure Automation: Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and production/testing environments using Ansible and other automation tools.
  • �� Toolchain Integration: Implement and manage modern DevOps tools across the entire lifecycle, from infrastructure provisioning to service monitoring.
  • �� Security & Resilience: Develop automated backup systems and ensure robust infrastructure security protocols are in place.
  • �� Collaboration: Engage in direct, independent communication with the Customer’s DevOps team to align on architectural goals and ensure seamless delivery.
  • �� Scaling: Support and optimise containerised environments to handle the demands of a major financial platform.

Requirements:

  • �� Experience:3+ years of overall experience in DevOps or Systems Engineering.
  • �� Linux Mastery: Strong background in administering Linux systems, specifically CentOS/RHEL.
  • �� CI/CD & Orchestration: Proven expertise in setting up pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, or ArgoCD.
  • �� Automation: Professional experience writing complex deployment scripts with Ansible.
  • �� Containerization: Proficient with Docker (Swarm, Compose) and extensive experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and Istio.
  • �� Monitoring: Experience with monitoring and visualisation stacks such as Grafana, NewRelic, or Dynatrace.
  • �� App Support: Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Java-stack applications.
  • �� Communication:Intermediate English proficiency (written and oral) with the ability to discuss technical requirements directly with international clients.

Nice to have:

  • �� Experience with centralised logging (Splunk or Elasticsearch).
  • �� Cloud experience with AWS (EC2, LB, VPC, RDS).
  • �� Knowledge of Nginx and NFSv4 setup/support.
  • �� Proficiency in Bash and/or Python for advanced scripting.
