Online Business Manager

You’ll be the Online Business Manager for Metamorphosis—owning day-to-day operations and making sure our systems, team, and execution stay clean, fast, and integrated. You’ll translate the founders’ vision into plans, timelines, SOPs, automations, and consistent delivery. Our main stack is Google Drive + Airtable (CRM), GoHighLevel (landing/opt-ins), Skool (migrating to Circle), Zoom, Calendly, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT. You’ll oversee and coordinate two VAs (Philippines + Pakistan), keep projects moving, and proactively solve problems before they become fires.
