Key
• Provide expert input on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations for AI model development.
• Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and contribute to the creation of realistic property management scenarios.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to evaluate property management best practices and industry standards.
• Deliver clear, detailed written explanations of commercial real estate transactions and market trends for data training purposes.
• Identify nuances in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting commercial real estate across US, Canada, UK, and Europe where applicable.
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles, ensuring the highest accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
• Communicate insights effectively with project managers and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and requirements.
Required Skills and
• 5-10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreements, and property management strategies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong ability to convey complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with market analysis and commercial property appraisals.
• Experience working with diverse teams, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism in a remote setting.
• Availability for a minimum of 10+ hours per week to contribute high-quality deliverables.
Preferred
• Location preference for candidates based in US, Canada, UK; exceptional professionals from Europe or LATAM will also be considered.
• Prior experience participating in AI, data training, or technology-driven real estate projects is advantageous.
