micro1 is engaging Family Law Attorneys with BigLaw experience to contribute their expertise to a dynamic customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Analyze and interpret complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents to generate accurate legal insights for AI training purposes.

• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise written summaries and case notes.

• Draft, review, and annotate legal documents relating to family law (e.g., custody agreements, divorce decrees, prenuptial agreements).

• Identify and clarify key issues, legal arguments, and reasoning within documents and case files.

• Collaborate with a remote team using digital project management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer.

• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for attention to detail, clarity, and legal accuracy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in family law through practice at a leading BigLaw firm.

• Strong background in legal research, writing, and case analysis specific to family law matters.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain nuanced legal concepts clearly.

• Proven ability to review, summarize, and critique complex legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with remote collaboration, digital project management tools, and adaptability to new technologies.

• Effective organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple deliverables.

• Critical thinking skills and sound legal judgment; experience contributing to innovative projects is a plus.
