micro1 is engaging HubSpot Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within HubSpot. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on HubSpot experience to complete realistic CRM and sales workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks within HubSpot using your practical CRM and sales operations experience.

• Navigate HubSpot features related to contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and workflow automation.

• Create, update, and manage CRM records and complete common sales and customer management workflows.

• Complete workflows involving lead management, deal tracking, pipeline management, and CRM automation.

• Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.

• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.

• Document workflow steps and clearly explain the HubSpot tools, features, and actions used.

• Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.

• Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM in a professional environment.

• Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.

• Current access to HubSpot and ability to use the platform independently.

• Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing HubSpot workflows.

• Experience with sales operations, CRM management, lead management, deal pipelines, or workflow automation.

• Familiarity with HubSpot reporting, segmentation, and CRM data management is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
