In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
• Review and analyze molecular biology data, experimental protocols, and scientific literature for relevance and accuracy.
• Develop high-quality content, annotations, and explanations based on current molecular biology concepts, techniques, and findings.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific validity, clarity, and alignment with established molecular biology standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on molecular biology topics to improve AI system understanding and performance.
• Create or curate real-world scenarios, questions, and datasets reflecting key molecular biology challenges.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine project deliverables and ensure scientific excellence.
• Contribute insights on emerging molecular biology trends and applications as needed.
Preferred
Qualifications
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life science field.
• Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of molecular biology results.
• Strong familiarity with contemporary laboratory techniques such as PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, or protein analysis.
• Proven track record of scientific writing, publishing, or peer review in molecular biology or related disciplines.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and accurately for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating across interdisciplinary teams or contributing to multi-expert projects is an asset.
• Curiosity about AI technologies and enthusiasm for shaping their application within the molecular biology domain.
