micro1 is engaging Software Engineer (Go, Python, TS) experts to contribute to a pioneering customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for contributors with a strong background in Go as their primary language, and solid proficiency in Python and TypeScript as secondary skills.
Scope of Work
• Design and implement code solutions using Go, Python, and TypeScript to simulate real-world development scenarios for AI model training.
• Review, analyze, and critique sample code and technical materials, providing detailed written feedback that enhances AI understanding of software engineering concepts.
• Generate high-quality code samples, unit tests, and documentation to support a wide range of AI training use cases.
• Identify edge cases, best practices, and common pitfalls in software design and development to help refine model outputs.
• Contribute to discussions and collaborative reviews that focus on effective communication of complex technical ideas.
• Refine prompts and queries that will be used to evaluate and improve AI-generated code outputs.

Qualifications
• Expert-level proficiency in Go, with substantial hands-on project experience.
• Strong command of Python and TypeScript, with the ability to write clean, idiomatic code in both languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen focus on articulating technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and modern development workflows.
• Prior experience reviewing or analyzing code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
• Exposure to code documentation best practices and collaborative software projects.
• Interest in contributing to AI and machine learning advancements; direct AI experience is a plus but not required.
