• Federal Acquisition, Commodities &amp
• Maritime, Nonprofit &amp
• Grants, and Education Operations. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate and test AI-driven workflows tailored to your area of industry expertise, providing actionable feedback on usability and accuracy.

• Interact with large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to simulate real-world professional scenarios and decision-making processes.

• Review and validate workflow outputs for correctness, completeness, and alignment with industry standards and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS for federal contracting).

• Document edge cases, workflow gaps, or unrealistic scenarios encountered during platform interaction.

• Utilize advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Cowork, or similar to assess integration with workplace applications.

• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators, providing written insights and suggestions based on your observations.

• Contribute recommendations to enhance workflow logic and support the development of practical, functional AI solutions.

Qualifications

• �� Substantial professional experience in one or more of the following: Government Contracting &amp
• Federal Acquisition, Commodities &amp
• Maritime Operations, Nonprofit &amp
• Grant Management, or Education &amp
• EdTech Operations.

• Proficiency with workplace applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Notion, or sector-specific tools.

• Direct experience using generative AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Code, Claude Cowork) within professional contexts.

• Ability to discern incomplete, incorrect, or impractical elements in professional workflows and relay clear, constructive feedback.

• Hands-on familiarity with professional and industry-specific platforms, systems, or regulatory frameworks relevant to your field.

• Strong written communication skills for documenting findings and recommendations.

• Curiosity and adaptability in experimenting with new AI-powered platforms and processes.
