micro1 is engaging Healthcare Attorneys to participate in a specialized project supporting a customer's evolving needs. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
• Analyze, review, and annotate healthcare legal documents and regulatory materials to support AI learning objectives.
• Draft and critique sample legal content related to healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse, patient privacy, telemedicine, and related domains.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to U.S. healthcare law and ethical standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback to enhance the legal reasoning capabilities of AI systems.
• Identify emerging issues or trends in healthcare law relevant to the project’s ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through written and verbal communication to clarify legal concepts and ensure project alignment.
• Contribute practical scenarios and use cases reflecting real-world legal challenges in healthcare.
Preferred
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the United States.
• Significant experience advising on healthcare law, compliance, and regulatory matters (e.g., HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex legal topics clearly.
• Previous work involving policy analysis, contract drafting, or regulatory review within the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, risk management, or clinical practice environments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality legal input.
• Interest in emerging technologies, legal innovation, or AI-driven projects (a plus but not required).
