Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting homeowners age 62+.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns.
• Manage and update CRM systems with lead and referral partner data.
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Help create and edit marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social posts, landing pages).
Content & Digital Marketing
• Draft social media posts, blog content, and educational materials related to reverse mortgages.
• Schedule and manage content across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Support website updates and ensure compliance-friendly messaging.
• Assist with SEO optimization and local search marketing initiatives.
Event & Partner Coordination
• Coordinate seminars, webinars, and community education events.
• Manage event logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
• Support outreach efforts to financial advisors, real estate agents, and elder law attorneys.
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure marketing materials align with industry regulations and company compliance standards.
• Maintain organized records of marketing approvals and disclosures.Work closely with compliance teams to review marketing content before publication.
Administrative Support
• Monitor inbound marketing inquiries and route leads appropriately.
• Assist loan officers with marketing requests and presentation materials.
• Maintain organized digital files and marketing calendars.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (email platforms, social scheduling tools).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services.
• Familiarity with reverse mortgage products
• Experience with compliance-regulated marketing environments.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
