Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
We’re looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer who enjoys owning meaningful features, building reliable systems, and working in a mature, high-trust engineering environment.
This is an individual contributor role for an experienced backend engineer who cares deeply about code quality, testing, and long-term impact.

What You’ll Do
- �� Own features from implementation to production within a well-defined product scope
- �� Build and maintain robust Ruby on Rails systems used at scale
- �� Work closely with product and other engineers to solve real user problems
- �� Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E)
- �� Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems
- �� Take responsibility for the quality and long-term health of what you build
What We’re Looking For
Required
- �� 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
- �� Strong backend engineering skills and database experience
- �� Solid experience writing and maintaining automated tests (including E2E)
- �� Experience building and running production systems
- �� Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
- �� Strong problem-solving mindset, you look beyond tickets
- �� Experience with Web APIs
- �� Availability during EMEA working hours
Nice to Have
- �� Experience with React
- �� CI/CD experience (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar)
- �� Background jobs, AWS, or complex integrations
- �� Experience with Capybara
