To power this next phase, we are bypassing the traditional, bloated sales model. We don't want a traditional SDR who sprays-and-prays, and we don't want a classic AE who relies on someone else to fill their calendar.

We are hiring one senior, remote operator to completely own our AI-first outbound engine end-to-end. You will architect and run the automated top-of-funnel pipelines, then personally step into the room to close the qualified pipeline your systems produce. This is a full-cycle closer seat for a builder who loves the art of the technical sale.

• Own the Machine: Design, program, and continuously optimize our automated outbound engine to generate highly targeted, contextual enterprise leads.

• Close the Revenue: Take the technical calls, run deep product evaluations, navigate objections, and drag deals across the finish line from first contact to signed contract.

• Build GTM Infrastructure: Treat the sales funnel like a software engineering problem - constantly iterating on data enrichment, intent signals, and multi-channel workflows.

Requirements

Who You Are (The Non-Negotiables)

• 2+ Years Carrying a Number: You have closed technical deals as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical AE.

• ��
• You must have full-cycle experience (outreach to signature), not just meeting-booking history.

• ��
• You Build with AI: You don't just use AI to write emails. You build complex, agentic GTM systems using modern tooling and can actively demo workflows you have shipped.

• ��
• Relevant Domain DNA: You have successfully sold SaaS, developer tools, PLG products, or software within the creator economy ecosystem.

• ��
• Startup Grit: You have player-coach energy. You are fiercely self-directed, operate with absolute autonomy, and ship systems incredibly fast.

XP Bonus points if:

• You are a power user of Claude Code and Clay.

• You were the founding sales hire or first growth engineer at a previous B2B startup.

• You can attach a brief Loom video or portfolio showcasing a GTM system or tool you built.
