At Pearster, we are hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – DevOps & Cloud to join our team.
We are looking for an advanced junior to mid-level engineer who wants to continue growing in Cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and reliability while working alongside experienced technical professionals.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cloud environments, infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and CI/CD, along with a strong troubleshooting mindset and an interest in building reliable and scalable systems.
What You'll Lead and Build
• Develop tooling, alerts, and automated responses to proactively identify and resolve reliability risks.
• Build and maintain automation, alerting, and self-healing solutions.
• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure and production environments.
• Help keep environments secure, stable, and up to date.
• Configure and maintain application servers according to technical and security requirements.
• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and processes.
• Develop scripts and processes to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Contribute to solutions that improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.
What You Bring to the Table
• Hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience working with Linux environments is required.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Git and source-control platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience with scripting and infrastructure/operations automation.
• Familiarity with YAML and JSON configuration files.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of production support, incident management, and system reliability concepts.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• English proficiency sufficient to work in an international team.
