We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team.The Opportunity:Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications, you will work on a broad mix of internal and external communications, delivering and distributing clear, engaging content across multiple channels.

You will work on internal messages, media outreach, digital content, issues monitoring and day-to-day team operations including distributing and coordinating communications. Strong writing skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. To excel in this role, you will bring solid technical skills, sound judgement and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, and you are able to keep projects on track even when timelines are tight and priorities shift. As a curious, thoughtful generalist, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed.What you'll do:Write and edit internal messages, intranet articles, newsletters, media pitches, press releases, web content and social posts.Support online events and town halls, including technical setup and coordination.Support media relations by preparing pitches, distributing releases, maintaining media lists and logging inquiries.Update and maintain the corporate website and intranet (WordPress, SharePoint).Manage timelines, deliverables and approvals to keep communications projects moving smoothly.Maintain content calendars, project trackers and team processes.Distribute and post internal and external communications, including coordinating French-language interpretation when needed.Schedule and publish social media posts across corporate channels.Monitor traditional and social media for issues, trends and opportunities and flag insights to the team.Manage reporting from web, social and intranet platform analytics to support continuous improvement.Lead coordination of quarterly financial results communications in collaboration with Finance and Legal.Manage shared inboxes and respond or triage inquiries promptly and professionally.Support day-to-day team operations, including lists, logs, filing and workflow coordination.Provide hands on support during peak periods or rapid response situations.Who you are:You have a post-secondary education in Communications, Public Relations or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.You have demonstrated relevant communications experience in a corporate or agency environment.You are a strong writer with excellent editing skills, strong attention to detail, and know how to craft a newsworthy media pitch.You are organized, have proven project management skills and are able to juggle multiple deadlines effectively.You know how to create engaging content across multiple formats and channels (internal, digital, social, media).You are confident managing and executing online events (on Microsoft Teams).You have excellent WordPress, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite skills with demonstrated experience in design and video tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premier Pro).A proven track record supporting investor related communications in a public company is an asset.You are professional, collaborative, flexible and team-oriented, able to ensure confidentiality where necessary and willing to pitch-in wherever needed.Compensation:Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
