Job Description

How You’ll Make a DifferenceYou will be responsible for independently assessing, monitoring, and strengthening compliance across PMI’s Channel and Authorized Training Partner (ATP) programs. Ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to program guidelines by conducting structured audits, identifying risks, and reporting findings across partner platforms, course delivery, and new initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional PMI stakeholders and external partners to support audit execution, transparency, and continuous improvement as the channel ecosystem scales globally.What You’ll Bring to the RoleBachelor’s degree in business, compliance, audit, operations, education, program management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 6 years of experience in auditing, compliance, program governance, operations, partner oversight, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to design and execute structured audit frameworks in partner-driven, regulated, or quality-controlled environments.Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify compliance risks, operational gaps, and systemic weaknesses.Proven ability to manage multiple audit activities and initiatives simultaneously with a disciplined, detail-oriented, and objective mindset.High-level stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to internal and external senior leaders.Experience working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings, produce audit reports, and influence corrective actionExperience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environmentProficiency in the business language for PMI (English)Originally posted on Himalayas
