You’ll build content that shows how AI works in practice, not just in theory, with Coupler.io at the core. The focus is on real business cases and helping teams use AI to work more efficiently and get insights they can actually use.

What are we looking for?

Professional background:

• �� Solid experience creating different types of tech content valuable for business (blogs, articles, guides, educational resources)
• �� Experience working with B2B tech products
• �� Strong research skills and ability to use AI to build content based on reliable sources and product context
• �� Experience conducting interviews with subject matter experts (product marketers, PMs, QAs, developers) to gather product insights
• �� Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work, with a strong interest in exploring how AI can be applied in business and data workflows
• �� Ability to create clear, practical content around AI topics

Content craft:

• �� Outstanding writing and editing skills: clarity, structure, tone, and consistency
• �� Ability to explain complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical business audiences
• �� Strong sense of composition and storytelling
• �� High level of attention to detail and a strong bar for content quality

Communication and ownership:

• �� Strong communication skills and confidence working with subject matter experts (asking the right questions, extracting knowledge, aligning on final output)
• �� High ownership: you take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and outcomes of the projects from research to publication
• �� Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and move work forward without constant supervision
• �� Fluent English (written and spoken)
