Choice Hotels is seeking a Regional Vice President, Franchise Sales Development for its Extended Stay team. This role focuses on converting existing hotels to the MainStay Suites® and Suburban Extended Stay Hotel® brands within Mid-West region of the United Staes such as; Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dokota, and South Dakota. The position involves strategic business planning, relationship development, and execution of franchise sales goals.
The role is remote-based with significant travel required.
Experience and Education
• 3-5 years of successful hospitality franchise sales or hotel development experience preferred. Alternatively, significant business-to-business sales experience with complex, high-value transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience accepted.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). CRM application experience preferred.

Earnings potential for this role is up to or above $430,000 in total cash compensation. This includes both sales commission and annual base salary for the role. Sales commissions are variable based on performance.
