This role focuses on executing regional sales strategy, supporting complex presales activities, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Best of all, you will be part of the Ross Video family, and we've got an energizing environment here.What the job is all about:Customer & Partner EngagementLead customer discovery, presentations, and technical positioning for CMS solutionsSupport partners and sales teams with product knowledge, competitive context, and deal strategyBuild trust with end users, consultants, and systems integratorsParticipate in customer demos, onsite visits, and trade showsPresales Coordination & Delivery ReadinessSupport presales scoping and ensure solutions align with real-world workflowsSet clear expectations with customers and partners prior to project handoffEnsure required documentation is completed accurately before release to Project ManagementCoordinate with Services and Product teams to support successful installationsMarket & Product FeedbackGather structured customer and partner feedback from the fieldShare insights with Product Management to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablementSupport adoption of CMS platforms.Support Sales Execution & Pipeline Management[MC1]Support both direct and indirect sales motions in alignment with regional strategyIdentify new opportunities through customer engagement, demos, and partner activity[MC2]Drive CMS bookings and support pipeline growth across the assigned EMEA territoryCollaboration & Team EngagementActively participate in BDM, Sales, and CMS team meetingsCollaborate with Marketing on regional content needs and customer referencesFollow through on internal commitments with consistency and accountabilityWho you are:5+ years in business development, technical sales, or broadcast technologyExperience supporting complex, solution-based sales cyclesFamiliarity with broadcast workflows, studio environments, or automation systemsStrong organization and time management skillsClear, professional communication with customers and internal teamsWillingness to travel across EMEAExperience with robotics, camera systems, or studio automationBackground working with systems integrators or channel partnersComfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong collaboration with Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product teamsReliable forecasting support and clear internal communicationPositive customer experiences through accurate presales and delivery alignmentConsistent execution against regional sales and pipeline targetsEquity, Diversity & Inclusion At Ross, we embrace diversity, and we want you to bring your authentic self to work.
