Responsibilities

• ��As ourGraphic Designer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with both Ruad’s internal branding and our clients’ unique needs. This is more than just a design position—it’s an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic consulting team and produce creative, data-driven solutions that make an impact.
• ��
• Creative Design & Production:Design and prepare moderately-complex artworks and copy layouts using established standards and formats from the Company’s or Client’s style manuals or branding guidelines. Projects will span from digital marketing assets to print collateral.

• Collaborative Development:Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Technical Writers/Editors to review artwork, text, and other materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents. You will be a key contributor to creative meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.

• Refine & Recommend:Analyze materials and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the Company’s or Clients’ branding. You'll provide creative input to ensure high standards are met.

• Graphic Production:Design and produce high-quality, reproduction-ready visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, posters, signage, and more.

• Adapt & Modify:Modify and enhance existing artwork as needed, ensuring that it aligns with updated project goals or client expectations.

• ��
• Team Collaboration & Project Management:Serve as an integral part of a cross-functional team, working collaboratively to complete assignments on schedule while maintaining quality control throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or consulting environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.

Technical Skills:

• High-level proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software.

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.

• Strong typography, color theory, and layout design skills.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design, with experience in creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Ability to work on both digital and print design projects.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, with a focus on UI/UX design.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
