- Operational Partner to take full ownership of the CEO’s operational day-to-day. - Slack Triage: Act as the primary gatekeeper for communications
- you will not only filter noise but also route issues to the correct stakeholders and draft responses on the CEO's behalf.
- Strategic Calendar Guarding: Manage a complex, multi-time zone calendar with a focus on protecting "deep work" blocks and ensuring every meeting has a clear agenda and ROI.End-to-End Travel &
- Logistics: Handle all travel arrangements (flights, accommodation) with a focus on zero-friction execution.Admin &
- Compliance Ownership: Manage the collection of paperwork, signatures, and board-level documentation with 100% accuracy.Meeting Preparation &
- Synthesis: Ensure the CEO is briefed before high-stakes meetings and synthesize post-meeting notes into clear, actionable trackers in Notion.
Stakeholder Routing: Serve as a polite but firm filter for internal and external requests, resolving what you can so the CEO only sees what is essential.
Information Synthesis: Use Notion and Google Workspace to build trackers and summarize complex project statuses into concise, logical briefings.
