We work with clients ranging from Fortune 500s to leading Silicon Valley startups.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a highly organized Technical Product Manager to lead our Data Science and Research initiatives. You will bridge business and technical goals, manage multiple complex projects end to end, and help elevate team performance with an AI-forward mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesRoadmap and DeliveryDefine the Data Science roadmap based on business objectivesRun multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time deliveryOwn roadmaps, timelines, resourcing, KPIs, and leadership updatesImplement agile processes and proactively manage risksTeam Leadership and CoordinationManage and coordinate a 3-person data science teamDrive accountability, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration (DS, engineering, clients)Run 1:1s and team rituals, identify gaps, support training and hiring needsTechnical Oversight and QualityPressure test DS proposals for feasibility and impactReview and QA analyses, dashboards, and research outputsPartner with engineering on dashboard development, including AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude)Drive adoption of AI tools to improve productivityResearch and InnovationOwn the research/white paper pipeline: accuracy, impact, and deadlinesCoordinate with marketing on distribution and thought leadershipIdentify new study opportunities based on client needs and market trendsStakeholder ManagementPrimary point of contact for DS project requestsTranslate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersManage expectations, communicate status clearly, and build strong relationshipsRequired QualificationsExperience5+ years in product management (ideally data science or analytics)Proven success managing technical teams and complex projectsExperience with dashboards/data visualizationResearch or publication process experience is a plusTechnical background preferredTechnical SkillsWorking knowledge of DS methods and statistical conceptsFamiliarity with BI/dashboard toolsComfortable with AI tools and automationProficient with Jira/Asana/ClickUp (or similar)Basic Python/SQL understanding (enough to assess feasibility)Familiarity with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) is a plusSoft SkillsExcellent organization, communication, and problem-solvingOwnership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-moving environmentWhat Success Looks Like30 days: Understand projects and stakeholders, ship an early dashboard or research deliverable60 days: Implement improved delivery processes and increase velocity/accountability90 days: Clear improvement in output quality and quantity, consistent research cadence, strong credibility with leadership and clientsWhy Join UsWe’ve been recognized for growth and culture, including: Nevada’s Top Workplaces (#1 Small Business), U.S. Search Awards, Clutch Top B2B, Inc.
