About the roleWe are looking for a strategic Talent Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to drive the top-of-funnel strategy for our most critical hires across all regions worldwide. You will move beyond simple "hunting" to become a market expert, providing data-driven insights, mapping competitor talent pools, and engaging passive candidates for complex, hard-to-fill roles.What you'll be doingDesigning Sourcing Strategy: You will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles, utilizing Boolean search, x-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local platformsBuilding Healthy Pipelines: You will build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire.Partnering with Stakeholders: You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements and provide weekly data on market feasibility and talent availability.
