About the roleSporty is seeking a TA Sourcing Team Lead to drive our global talent sourcing strategy across both Technical and Commercial functions.You will lead and mentor a growing team of sourcers while maintaining a hands-on approach to uncover high-potential candidates for departments including but not limited to Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
