Our Agency Insights Center of Excellence team is currently seeking a Business Analyst I or Business Analyst II to join our team. This is a full time, non-exempt role.
This role will serve as a key member of the Agency Insights Center of Excellence within Hanover’s Corporate Strategy Group. The Center drives the production and innovation of a unique consulting tool that provides Agents with valuable benchmarks, portfolio management opportunities and customer insights. The Center also taps into the contributory database to inform new Hanover capabilities and initiatives.
The Business Analyst is a results-oriented individual who thrives on identifying actionable insights, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with others to develop growth ideas and creating transparency on the process and outcomes. This role is focused on our Commercial Lines Agency Insight capability. Team members work on high-impact opportunities that provide a broad exposure to the company and key leaders.
