This position is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and recorded training materials. This position will provide system demonstrations for clients, prospects and broker/consultant partners.

This position will identify and research potential solutions to client requirements and work with Client Management to design and implement the best solutions for the Innovista block of business.This role will work directly with client management users to identify reporting solutions that address the unique needs of our clients and brokers. This role will collaborate with our partners in Client Management, Client Analytics, Healthcare Management, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, IT, Operations and other key stakeholders as needed to identify and implement complete solutions for our client and broker reporting needs. This can include leading data and reporting projects, developing new content and searching for and implementing creative solutions. This role will partner with our system administrators and vendor partners to determine impact of system changes on our clients and brokers and create and implement the launch of new functionality.

This role will work closely with our Data Steward to ensure that any solutions identified align where necessary with other reporting generated by Luminare.This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Candidates must live within the following states: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX or WIRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or an analytically oriented healthcare fieldand5years of experience in data management and analytics, healthcare and/or insurance experience with payer, provider, PBM or analytics vendor preferred or High School diploma/GED equivalent and 9 years’ experiencein data management and analytics, healthcare and/or insurance experience with payer, provider, PBM or analytics vendorHealth Care Claims Experience preferredProven ability to build relationships with multiple individuals and functions and quickly establish credibility.Superior written, verbal, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills Excellent presentation skills for multiple audience types including the ability to interact with large strategic clients and prospects, including broker partners.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a high degree of creativity, flexibility and self-directionProven experience leading data and analytics discussions and projects Resourceful in the ability to identify and obtain new sources of information.Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited supervision.Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate and manage projects in a deadline-sensitive environment.Experience serving clients in a developing market segmentProficiency in using Healthcare Industry reporting and analytics tools and Healthcare Analytics platforms [Cedar Gate, Truven, Cotiviti] Must have experience with SQL Server Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI Must be able to travel approximately 10% of time​Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree, Master’s Business Administration is preferred.Knowledge of healthcare, benefits, insurance industry, and managed care delivery system.Passion for excellence and desire to help differentiate itself in the market.Capability and interest to grow into larger, more strategic leadership role over time.#INCRThis is a Telecommute (Remote) role.
