As our services continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. • About the Role
• As a Telehealth Occupational Therapist with XRHealth, you will work with clients and families to deliver evidence-based therapy through a combination of telehealth and VR-supported intervention.

• You will be supported by our operations team, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality therapy and helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Previous VR experience is not required. We provide training, support and guidance to help you confidently integrate immersive technology into your clinical practice.
• Part-time options are available.

• What You’ll Do
• Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to determine client suitability for telehealth and VR-supported services

• Delivering evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions aligned with client goals

• Supporting children and adolescents with functional skills, emotional regulation, confidence, social participation, independence and wellbeing

• Working with neurodiverse clients and their families in a person-centred, strengths-based way

• Monitoring and documenting client progress in line with professional and clinical standards

• Preparing assessment reports, progress reports and summaries for families, referrers and other stakeholders

• Collaborating with families, carers and other professionals to support meaningful outcomes

• Maintaining professional registration and practice standards in line with AHPRA requirements

• About You
• We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering engaging, goal-based therapy in a flexible telehealth environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

• A minimum of three years’ clinical experience

• Experience or strong interest in paediatric Occupational Therapy

• Experience working with children, adolescents and neurodiverse clients

• An understanding of the NDIS framework and goal-based therapy approaches

• A Medicare Provider Number, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain these

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Full working rights in Australia

• A suitable work-from-home setup, including high-speed internet and access to a computer, laptop or tablet

• An interest in emerging technology and the role of VR in Occupational Therapy practice
