At this point, Zelh is looking for a Track & Trace Representative for our third-party logistics company which specializes in Reliable Domestic and International Shipping Services.
• Daily communication with drivers and customers
• Notifying appropriate parties of any issues
•
Inputting updates into the system
•
Answering incoming calls from clients
•
Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Requirements
• English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
• Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated
• PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
