We built JobsHives with one belief: talent is everywhere, and opportunities should be too. Today, we are taking that a step further with the launch of the JobsHives Chrome Extension, a free browser tool that puts verified remote anywhere jobs right where you spend most of your working hours.
Why We Built This
If you have ever searched for remote jobs, you know the drill. You open five different job boards in separate tabs, scroll through hundreds of listings, and half of them turn out to be restricted to the US or Europe only. We wanted to fix that.
The JobsHives Chrome Extension gives you instant access to curated, verified remote jobs that you can do from anywhere in the world. No geographic restrictions. No bait-and-switch listings. Just real opportunities for global talent.
What It Does
The extension is intentionally simple. Here is what you get:

- See company names, roles, salary ranges, and posting dates at a glance
- Toggle salary visibility on or off based on your preference
- Auto-load more jobs as you scroll for a seamless browsing experience
- Fast performance with smart 15-minute caching so jobs load instantly
Privacy First
We know how invasive some browser extensions can be. The JobsHives extension was built with privacy as a core principle:
- No personal information collected (no name, email, or location tracking)
- No browsing history monitoring
- No tracking cookies or analytics
- No third-party data sharing
- All data stays locally on your device using Chrome's secure storage API
The only things stored locally are your display preferences (like whether to show salaries) and a temporary job cache that refreshes every 15 minutes. That is it.
How to Get Started
Getting started takes about 10 seconds:
- Visit the Chrome Web Store listing
- Click "Add to Chrome"
- Click the extension icon in your toolbar to start browsing jobs
There is no account required, no sign-up form, and no onboarding flow. You install it and start browsing immediately.
