How It Works for Job Seekers

If you are looking for a role at a specific company, here is what the flow looks like:

  1. Browse the marketplace. Search by company name or role type. Every person listed has opted in and is actively willing to refer candidates - you are not interrupting anyone.
  2. See who can help. Each referrer's card shows their company, their role, and which positions they can refer for. Some referrers cover multiple companies.
  3. Unlock their contact details. Pay a small fee to unlock the referrer's WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or email. The fee is set by the referrer and is typically between $5 and $30.
  4. Connect directly. No platform middleman after that point. You talk to the referrer directly, share your CV, and they refer you through their company's internal system.

  2. Set your price. You decide what you charge per unlock. There is no minimum beyond the platform floor. Most referrers set a price that reflects the time it takes them to evaluate a candidate and submit the referral internally.
  3. Keep 90%. JobsHives takes a 10% platform fee. You keep 90% of every unlock. Earnings accrue in your account and are available for payout once you reach $20.
