Dealer Production Reporting & Analysis
Maintain and analyze dealer rooftop production reports, including contract counts and agency income by dealer. Monitor reporting trends, reconcile discrepancies, and provide contract count comparison reporting to support operational and sales decision-making.
Dealer Program Compliance & Audits
Conduct monthly audits of Lifetime and 3/3 Limited Warranty blanket programs to ensure dealer compliance with program guidelines. Identify discrepancies, reconcile missing qualified contracts, and coordinate corrections as needed.
Max Rewards Program Administration
Monitor Max Rewards program activity and review failure reports. Evaluate and assign failures to the appropriate program participants and coordinate resolution as needed.
Operational Supply Management
Oversee inventory levels of dealer support materials including POP materials, chemicals, and theft prevention supplies. Coordinate ordering and distribution to ensure dealers maintain adequate program resources.
Dealer System Access Administration
Manage dealer user access within internal systems, including onboarding new users, maintaining user permissions, and facilitating password resets to ensure secure system access.
Dealer Accounts Receivable Support
Monitor dealer accounts receivable activity and assist with collection efforts by coordinating with dealers and internal accounting teams to resolve outstanding balances.
Dealer Operational Support
Serve as a point of contact for dealer operational requests including contract cancellations, reinstatements, and cancellation credit releases. Investigate requests and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
Sales Operations Support
Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team by coordinating dealer program activities, supporting reporting needs, and assisting with internal operational processes.
