Position

Freelance Recruitment Partner

📍 Anywhere in Thailand

🏠 Fully Remote

📄 Freelance / Contractor (must be able to invoice)

💰 Commission-Based Partnership

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct sourcing

• Deliver multilingual and international talent for projects across Europe and the UAE

• Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

• Work directly with DKR's Service Delivery Team and Managing Director

• Maintain organised ATS records and candidate documentation

• Become a trusted recruitment partner within your market

What We're Looking For

✔ Fluent Thai and English (written and spoken)

✔ Previous recruitment experience

✔ Proven ability to source candidates across South East Asia and Oceania

✔ Experience recruiting for international opportunities

✔ Ability to source volume and language-speaking candidates for European markets

✔ Strong sourcing, networking and talent attraction skills

✔ Excellent organisation, communication and responsiveness

✔ ATS and recruitment technology experience is advantageous

✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently
